I blew the roof off my local community center with my kindergarten speech about James Madison in 2003. In an effort to chase that high, I attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC on a scholarship for acting. I graduated summa cum laude, having won departmental awards in stage performance and playwriting. In addition, I found a parallel love in sketch comedy.
Originally hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, I bring a grounded Midwestern sensibility to my work. I combine my roots with a high degree of focus, intention, and drive.
I am actively expanding my craft through training at Bob Krakower Studio, as well as comedy institutions like UCB and Brooklyn Comedy Collective.
When not on screen, you can usually find me in a restorative yoga class, biking through Brooklyn, or mulching neighborhood tree beds (ask me about compost!) after a long day of pretending Iām not me. xx
